Earlier this year, Sport Birmingham hosted its annual ‘business games’ competition which saw businesses that took part in the Workplace Challenge given the opportunity to battle it out to clinch the title of the sportiest workplace in Birmingham!
But why do we feel it is important to promote sport in the workplace? What lessons can be learnt from those employers that promote participation in Sport?
This collaboration is being championed by SportBirmingham and will be opened up to organisations, businesses and employees across the UK to share their thoughts and build our evidence in this important aspect of Sport Participation.
